Stacey Insisiengmay is, on the other hand, a very visible member of a political activist network called the Iowa Liberty Network. The Iowa Liberty Network describes itself as a “Christian, grassroots, nonpartisan organization”, although it very clearly favors the Republican Party, with the goal of “getting authentic, constitutional conservatives elected”.
The Iowa Liberty Network organizes people to pressure the Iowa State Legislature to pass laws that give special governmental power to Christianity. The Iowa Liberty Network has recently declared that non-Christian religions don’t have the right to constitutional protections.
The Iowa Liberty Network has also worked on an anti-marriage campaign that would force married couples to break up, simply because their marriages don’t meet the demands of Christian churches.
Is this what makes Stacey Insisiengmay qualified to be a member of the Iowa Faith Leader Coalition? The Coalition isn’t saying. It’s just a list of names with no explanation.
Stacey Insisiengmay is listed by the Trump for President campaign as a “ministry leader” in Scott County, Iowa…
…but there is no record anywhere online of any ministry in any church or other religious organization that has been led by Stacey Insisiengmay.
The Iowa Faith Leader Coalition is a radical political organization that violates the law
Let’s make it our business to become aware of the radical Christian Nationalists who are members of the Coalition.
