Josh Kent is Assistant Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Urbandale in Urbandale, Iowa.
His church teaches that the sciences of biology, physics, geology, and chemistry are false, because they do not agree with the “final authority” of the Christian Bible.
Kent works under the church pastor, Dan McCoy, and with the youth pastor, Garrett Lamb. Both McCoy and Lamb are also members of the Iowa Faith Leader Coalition.
